Strengths: This is a lovely, somewhat ramshackle campsite that is perfect for getting some real relaxation. It is very shady and all of the pitches are under pine or chestnut trees.
The pool is glorious - filled by the streams from the mounain so always fresh and cool. The sanitary blocks are adequate - cleaned very well every day and always with lots of hot water.
The small naturist section is perfect to hide away from the world, with it own toilet block and cabin and access directly into the forest for walks among the trees and many many butterflies.
The site is quite isolated and not very close to shops and entertainment, but for us this was a good thing.
The surrounding are is full of places to go and visit and the scenery is very varied up and down the valley. Only about an hour from the coast and one of France's best beached between Argeles and Saint Cyprien.
