El Portus

Strengths: A beautiful camp with a friendly atmosphere. A nice restaurant with a little shop. We used the winter pool as the summer pool was net yet open.
Weaknesses: The beach is fine gravel.

Strengths: Wonderful setting, in a valley surrounded by mountains - although have stayed here when it rains - so pick your pitch carefully ! Fairly good food at reasonable prices, but you can do your own BBQ and get patatas pobre from the beach bar - very good !
New selection of little 'shops' on the beach selling hand made items.
Nice hot showers, cleaned 2-3 times a day (at least three blocks around site).
Never found it noisy at night except if fiesta on - just join in !
Seems safe for children, everyone friendly and we have never seen any problems here.
Weaknesses: When it rains be prepared you may get flooded - leave anything valuable, (and going home clothes !) in your car at night because they could get damaged by water. Beach steep decent into sea, but this does act as a breaker for water in bad weather so can't see them doing anything about it. Would be nice to have sand at the top end though.

Strengths: Climate.
Weaknesses: Small pitches. Very noisy till the early morning.
